Abstract
Developmental Rehabilitation Services(DRS), which aims to provide appropriate rehabilitation services required for children with disabilities and to reduce the economic burden on the family, has continuously expanded since 2009. However, little systematic analysis exists regarding how manage the quality of the services. Thus, this study was to develop evaluation index of the DRS service quality for different types of disabilities. An evaluation model was designed using systemic reviews of the literature. The model included five sequential stages (from input to process to output to result to effect), yielding 13 index domains that are further divided into 27 sub index domains. Twenty experts in the field of DRS were asked to complete two rounds of Delphi surveys to verify content validity; resulting in 11 index domains and 23 index sub-domains.
